Life after Loss
Dealing with death of a loved one is one of life’s most difficult and stressful experiences.
During the grieving process many people find it helpful to meet with others who understand.
Life after Loss is a course which runs for 6 weeks and is aimed for people who have been bereaved from between 4 months and 2 years:
* to understand the emotional and physical experiences of grief
* to decrease a sense of isolation through contact with others in similar situations
* to share personal experiences within a safe, caring and understanding environment
* to develop healthy coping skills and activities
